Note: Coverage rates, dry/recoat times, and system compatibility should be taken from the product TDS or system application guide (add when available).

1. Preparation: Substrate must be clean, dry, and sound. Remove dust, oxidation, oil, biological growth, and loose material. Repair defects before priming.

2. Mixing: Stir slowly until uniform. Do not entrain air.

3. Application: Apply by roller, brush, or suitable airless spray per system guidance.

4. Environmental conditions: Apply only in suitable weather; do not apply if rain is imminent or if substrate is wet.

5. Recoating & film build: Follow system TDS for spread rate and recoat timing.

6. Cleanup: Clean tools with water while wet.

Always follow the full system TDS once finalized (insert project-specific spread rates and dry/recoat windows there).

• Allow the full coating system to cure as specified before service.

• Keep the roof free of debris and standing water; maintain gutters and downspouts.

• Periodically inspect high-wear and ponding areas; touch up per system guidance.
