NXT AquaGuard is a premium exterior-grade waterproofing membrane designed to protect against water ingress and weathering. Formulated with advanced hybrid resin technology, it delivers a high-strength, elastomeric barrier suitable for both vertical and horizontal roofing substrates.

- Apply two coats for a fully waterproof finish.
- Prepare the surface: clean, dry, and reinforce joints with Poly Fabric.
- Prime with a compatible primer before application.
- Apply using brush, roller, or airless spray (20–30 thou tip).
- Allow 4 hours drying time between coats and up to 72 hours for full weatherproofing.
- Cleans up with water when wet; requires solvents/mechanical means once cured.
