The owner had just finished repainting the complete outside of the home and was very unhappy with how his roof now looked. Actually the prep, and application was a lot of work for one person, but I am glad I did it, and saved a lot of $
The power washing took about 16 hours ( I was very thorough) The application of primer was made easyer when using the right sprayer - not just a certain size tip.
I rolled all the edges of the tile prior to spraying as you suggested. I was fighting rain and cold weather - trying to get this done before winter set in.
As it turned out, we are not really having a wet cold winter, so I could have taken my time, but am glad I got it done when I did.
