Mall Roof Makeover

This large project was undertaken by a professional applicator to restore some beauty back to the mall’s weathered and damaged roof. Nutech Paint representatives also visited the site regularly to ensure a perfect finish.

The corrugated roof was pressure cleaned before work commenced to remove and dirt and debris. The sheets were then sanded to remove the rust that had formed over years of wear. The surface was then primed with Nutech Paint’s Metal Primer to prevent further rusting a create a stable base for top coating.

The owners chose NXT Cool Coat in a custom matched color for its cooling properties and longevity. Two coats were applied to achieve the perfect finish.

The project took approximately 3 weeks to complete due to the size, rust and opening hours of the businesses within the mall. Several site inspections were carried out by Nutech Paint during this time to create custom specifications for the project to ensure the coating guarantee.
